For the holidays we are Doing our best to ship orders the same day they are received.

USA DELIVERY

UPS Ground - Delivery occurs in 2 to 5 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.  Delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select Two Business Day or Next Business Day air services for expedited delivery.

Two Day- Delivery occurs in 2 business days (excluding holidays) if placed by 12PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification.

Next Day- Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 12PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification.

At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International shipments are shipped via DHL Express International, who provides customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service.  Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.  Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.  Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.  All DHL shipments must include a valid phone number and email address for delivery.  If a phone number and email address are not provided, your order cannot be processed.  

CANADA- we also offer fedex international ground shipping for orders shipping to canada. Most orders leave our facility within 1 business day of order confirmation.  Once your order has shipped, we estimate that you will receive your order within 2-10 business days of its original DHL shipment date.  International orders may experience delays caused by customs. These notifications can be accessed through the tracking number provided in your final confirmation email.

Please note: DHL AND FEDEX do not deliver to P.O. boxes.  We currently do not offer expedited shipping on international orders.
